Please note that discovery sets and individual samples are considered final sale to ensure the integrity of our botanical formulations.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all glass bottles are protected, and include the provided packing slip.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
